About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Research Analyst & Digital Marketing to join our team and drive growth across leading online platforms, particularly Amazon UK and EU marketplaces. You’ll play a key role in analyzing market trends, identifying product opportunities, and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to maximise online visibility and sales.
This is a full-time office-based role, ideal for someone who is passionate about e-commerce, data-driven decision-making, and the ever-evolving world of online retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer behaviour, and keyword ranking.
- Develop and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Products, etc.) to optimise ROI.
- Optimise product listings for SEO – including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
- Track and analyse performance metrics across all digital platforms and suggest actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with product and creative teams to ensure compelling product presentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce tools, trends, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and other online platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, data tools, or analytics dashboards.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly Amazon Advertising and SEO.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-focused environment.
- Knowledge of other online platforms (eBay, Shopify, Temu) is a plus.
- Right to work in the UK or eligibility for sponsorship.
